  1. What is the duration of the Workshop?

    .The Workshop consists of 8 one-to-one sessions lasting 1 hour each, the sessions can be 1-2 times per week.

  2. What is the difference between this Workshop and normal personal training sessions?

    .Where normal personal training sessions are geared towards turning up and getting a good work out in. The Strength Foundation Workshop is gearing you up to get a good workout in yourself, personalized programs and out of session support via Whatsapp is provided for this.

  3. Do I need any prior experience?

    .No prior experience is necessary! The Program is designed to cater for beginners too, building a strong foundation for you to start your strength journey with.

  4. What Equipment will I need?

    .While we provide all the equipment in the sessions, it will helpful for when you continue with your own strength training too have access to some basic equipment too, either a home gym or gym membership.

  5. Is this workshop suitable for my fitness level?

    .Yes! From complete novice to advanced lifter, this course is tailored to accommodate all fitness levels.

  6. How will the one-to-one sessions work?

    .Each session is personalized to focus on your specific goals and needs, they will combine both theory and practice to ensure proper understanding of technique and progression.
