STRENGTH TRAINING
Working out of a Private Gym Studio in Brighton and Hove, all of my programs center around Strength Training. By making strength training the core focus, you will build muscle, become stronger, fitter and healthier.
MOBILITY TRAINING
I use mobility as a way to enhance recovery and increase performance and power at the same time. It does this by releasing restrictions in the fascia, restoring it back to its normal elastic function. The style of mobility we use feels great, its quick and low impact so it doesn’t get in the way of your other training.
