How to Get Stronger.
Simply put, if you want to get stronger, you need to give your body the stimulus it needs to grow. This is done by pushing your self so hard, that your body will want to adapt. After you’ve rested and recovered properly, you will come back stronger than you were before.
Unfortunately it's not just as easy as that tho.
This is because to get that stimulus you need to grow, you have to do something difficult, usually involving lifting a heavy weight!
Plus as you get stronger, the weights get heavier, which is what we actually want!
if this sounds exciting to you then great! it should be, but its totally understandable that some people might find this a daunting concept, so if this is you, don’t worry, your not alone!
There are many ways you can approach strength training and its defiantly not a one size fits all thing, but I do believe that the majority of people can find there suitable fit and then they can benefit from the wide range of upsides you can get from even a little bit of strength training.
