Working out of a Private Gym Studio in Brighton and Hove, all of my programs center around Strength Training. By making strength training the core focus, you will build muscle, become stronger, fitter and healthier.

Strength training goes far beyond simply lifting heavy weights tho, there is so much more to it than that. By taking a holistic approach to fitness, I am able to integrate strength training in to the often busy lives of my clients, in the best way that suits for you.
